The final interpretation of all agreements is owned by HeapyGoo.

 

I. Calculation of Air Freight
  • Classification of sensitive items: CDs, sex toys, cosmetics, liquid ingredients, powder items, batteries, mobile phones, cameras, electronic products, food, brand names, imitation cards, medicines, health products, valuable high-value items.
  • Items that are refused to be accepted, such as: dangerous goods, weapons, plant and livestock, alcohol, tobacco, perishable goods, contraband, products that are prohibited from exporting at the origin or prohibited from importing at the destination.
  • According to international freight standard algorithm, the weight of the actual charge is based on “volume weight” or “actual weight”, depending on what a “higher weight” and decide. Volume weight algorithm: (L*W*H)cm / 6000cm = volume weight.
  • Air transport to Malaysia include clearance, but Imports to West Malaysia parcels no more than 20kg and the declared value is less than 100 US dollars, 99% of customs are not taxed. However, in case the parcel is unfortunately taxed, the recipient cannot refuse to pay for any reason.
  • The above quotation already includes the destination delivery fee, and the parcel is delivered to the door by the local courier company.
  • If the parcel produces fines, warehousing, returning fees, destruction fees or sensitive goods, the goods need to be repaid for the freight + sensitive fee. The sender or recipient of the above fees must be borne by the party. The sender must not use any Reason for refusing payment.
  • In order to avoid delays, confiscation, fines, criminal offences and other unnecessary troubles caused by misuse of sensitive items into the general cargo channel, please carefully select the cargo channels when placing orders.
  • If the sensitive goods take the general cargo route and the goods are deducted / confiscated / refunded / fined, etc., our company will not be responsible for the consequences and responsibilities, the freight collected can not be refunded; if the re-issuance is sensitive, the customer must re-pay the freight.
  • If the goods are lost or damaged, we will settle the claims according to the this agreement.

 

II. Purchasing Service Agreement

Commodity trade is outside the scope of the terms of this agreement, subject to the terms of the contract or order signed by both parties.

  • Purchasing is responsible for conveying transaction information for both members and sellers. If any party deceives or is deceived, it has nothing to do with HeapyGoo.
  • If the seller deliberately deceives, falsely delivers goods, provides wrong logistics information, lost items in the delivery of Chinese express delivery or various reasons, the goods can not be successfully arrived at our warehouse, HeapyGoo can be exempted from liability and no compensation is required. But HeapyGoo guarantees will do Within the scope of the ability, the member will seek compensation from the seller.
  • If the member does not have clear information such as color or size, it will lead to misleading HeapyGoo to purchase the wrong item, and no compensation will be made for this. However, we will try our best to coordinate the processing, due to the costs incurred in the exchange of items, such as international and domestic shipping costs, members will bear the responsibility. We may charge a service fee.
  • HeapyGoo is not responsible for any failure of HeapyGoo to purchase items or miss items during the limited time promotion period, sellers modify the price or encounter sellers out of stock.
  • HeapyGoo is not a seller, we are only responsible for purchasing. The purchasing service does not include inspection. If all the items obtained from the purchase are damaged, the size is wrong, the color is poor, or the goods are not issued to the seller, the HeapyGoo does not bear any responsibility. If you need this service, please ask in advance, we will charge the processing fee.
  • We do not deal with any return or repair issues, nor do we get involved in disputes between members and sellers. If we need our coordination, we will charge a service fee. Members will bear international and domestic shipping costs etc..
  • If the purchase fee and shipping fee are not paid, we have the right to detain the item until it is paid off.
  • Purchasing is the item we buy for you. On behalf of us, we send the item you bought for you to the address you provided. HeapyGoo is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the seller, slow delivery of the courier, delay in flight, delay in customs clearance, customs inspection and other issues that result in the item not being able to arrive at the destination within the budget time.

  

III. Freight Compensation Clause

The Freightargo Compensation Clause will take effect after the parcel is issued.

In the international transportation process, the process of air transportation, customs security inspection, destination transit and delivery of the country of origin and destination will be handed over from the origin to the destination.

If the package is lost on the way or if the destination recipient finds a partial loss after receiving the package, the package compensation will be handled according to the following terms and procedures,

  • If the package is lost during the customs clearance, transfer or delivery process, our company will refer to the actual value of the goods or the parcel freight rate of 5 times, depending on which one is lower, the lower one will compensate, and the maximum compensation for each parcel will not exceed CNY 600.00 or equivalent Malaysian Ringgit or Hong Kong Dollar. The shipping cost is not refundable.
  • If the package is lost during transportation, customs clearance, transit or delivery, the customer shall provide the picture of the package product, the quantity of the product, and the certificate of value. If the package is found within 20 working days, the company will cancel the application for compensation;
  • On the other hand, if the parcel can not be found within 20 working days, our company will refer to the actual value of the goods or the parcel freight rate of 5 times, depending on which one is lower, that is, the lower one will compensate, and the maximum compensation for each parcel will not exceed CNY 600.00 or equivalent Malaysian Ringgit or Hong Kong Dollar. Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • If the package is partially lost, the customer shall provide the picture of the outer packaging when the package is received, the picture of the package receipt and the weight of the package, the picture of the lost product, the quantity of the product, and the certificate of the value. The company will calculate the actual value of the goods or the proportion of the part of the goods. The freight rate is 5 times, and the lower one is compensated. The maximum compensation for each parcel is not more than CNY 600.00 or equivalent Malaysian Ringgit or Hong Kong Dollar and the freight cost is not refundable.
  • Calculate the compensation formula for the difference in package weight: (total freight / divided by total weight = compensation price per kilogram) * 5 times = the amount of compensation.
  • The total shipping cost of the compensation calculation does not include sensitive fees, overweight and long-term fees or other surcharges such as operating fees, inspection fees, insurance fees, and shipping mats.
  • These products such as watches, mobile phones, tablets, cameras, computers, we recommend that customers insured the parcels before shipment, if you do not buy insurance to lose this type of items, our company will not handle the application for compensation.
  • If the customer reports, misses the report, falsely reports the goods information, or the sensitive goods are filled with goods, if the parcel is returned by the airport, the whole ticket is lost, or the package is found to have less or less weight, we will not Handling compensation claims.
  • If the guest voluntarily reports the name of the product, the embargoed goods, the contraband, etc., the legal liability or fine, etc., shall be borne by the customer in full.
  • If the sensitive goods are deducted or returned, the company will not be liable for compensation. Otherwise, the customer shall pay the sensitive expenses and the secondary freight generated by the return of the goods. If the name of the product is sensitive and confirmed by our company to confirm that there are no sensitive items, our company will arrange normal delivery.
  • If the package is found to be damaged or has repackaged marks when signing the package, the goods should be inspected and signed in front of the courier, and the feedback to the courier is less or more, and the signing exception is indicated on the receipt.
  • At the same time, you also need to inform us of the situation (if there are fewer goods, do not split the package after the inspection and receipt, you must restore the receipt to provide proof of receipt weight, feedback to us.)
  • If you find that you have received the wrong, received less, and less parcels, please be sure to report it to us within 24 hours from the receipt, and provide the picture of the outer packaging and the record of the weight of the package, as well as the picture of the lost package, the quantity of the product, and the proof of value.
  • Those who have feedback within 24 hours will not be able to accept the appeal.
  • For a large number or large parcels, please confirm with the seller the number of boxes to be sent before shipment, so as to avoid leakage during shipment.
  • Especially for shipping, the shipping time is longer. If the customer does not confirm the number of the parcel number, the customer will leave the order, and the customer must place the original parcel for the missing parcel.
  • During the transportation of goods, the package will inevitably be squeezed, and the damage or damage caused by the goods during transportation will not be liable for any compensation. If fragile goods, please be sure to ask the seller to pack firmly, try not to ask the warehouse to unpack and pack.
  • Our company provides wooden box service. You can ask our warehouse to use wooden boxes to protect fragile products. However, this does not mean that if the goods are still damaged after the wooden box/wood frame, we need to take responsibility for it. The package of the wooden frame is still damaged, and our company is not liable for compensation. This service is chargeable.
  • If the passenger transports sensitive items (such as liquid paint, etc.) due to unqualified packaging, resulting in damage to other customer items, the damages caused by the customer, you need to bear the responsibility.  (To transport such products, you are advised to ask the seller to play a wooden box or apply for a wooden box service to us.)
  • If the value of the parcel is too high, the customs will check the Chinese tax at the time of customs clearance. The recipient must bear the tax payment. Our company does not bear any liability for compensation.
  • (It is recommended that the customs clearance value of parcels should not exceed US$ 90.00, the parcels should be less than 10kg for East Malaysian air transport, and the recommended air transport for West Malaysia should be less than 20kg.)
  • The problem of transportation aging, flight delay, slow customs clearance, customs inspection, delivery delay, etc., our company does not assume any liability for compensation.

Lost in the warehouse of HeapyGoo Warehouse HeapyGoo Warehousing Center has a variety of express or logistics and sellers to send parcels to our warehouse.

If the parcel’s express logistics information has been signed by us, and our warehouse does not have the inbound record of this parcel, please provide us with the parcel product image, product quantity, value certificate and receipt slip; the receipt can be from the seller or domestic Express delivery.

If there is no valid signing of the receipt and the proof that the parcel has been signed by the warehouse, we will not accept the compensation.

If it is confirmed that the parcel was lost after the warehouse receipt, we will process the parcel compensation in accordance with the following terms and procedures.

  • Present the picture of the package product, the quantity of the product, the certificate of the value and the receipt of the receipt (after the 4 proofs are complete), our company will continue to inquire the package within 20 working days. If the package is found within 20 working days, our company will Cancel the application for compensation.
  • Present the picture of the package product, the quantity of the product, the certificate of the value and the receipt of the receipt (after 4 proofs are complete). If our company cannot find the package within 20 working days, we will compensate for the purchase value certificate of the item. The compensation is not more than 600 yuan.
  • If you are unable to produce a valid package product picture, product quantity, value certificate, receipt of the proof of the receipt or false report of the data, the company refuses to accept the application for the search and compensation application.
  • The seller issued less goods, domestic express lost goods, parcels arrived at the warehouse damage, overdue update parcels into the warehouse leading to deterioration of product quality, our company will not bear any liability for compensation.
  • The parcels with more than 90 days of free storage period will be directly destroyed, and the parcels after the destruction will be exempted from liability.

The “Life Loss” insurance insurance application agreement applies to Guangzhou air export.

  • The basic functions of the insurance “Leave Loss”. It can effectively bear the risk of loss during the delivery process, and reduce the disputes of lost parcels in express delivery, and indeed protect the interests of senders, consignees and customers.
  • Insured “Lost” program: Orders > Provide the value of goods to our customer service statement to buy “Lost” > Waiting for our customer service acceptance > You sign the “Lost” article photo signature document to us > Wait for our company to confirm Whether the insurance is successful > Payment is successful after delivery.
